Are you getting ready to walk down the aisle? Amidst the planning and preparations don’t forget to start taking care of yourself! You’ll want to glow from the inside out, and the outside in, on that very important day. Here at Harmony Skin & Wellness Clinic, getting women ready for their wedding day is one of the most exciting things we do! Here’s a look at what treatments could be best for you, and because certain treatments can require downtime, we have included a timeline so that you will know when to get started.
6 months before your wedding day…..
General Skin Consult
Now is the time to get a full skin Consultation to outline what your goals are for looking the most radiant on your wedding day. Your consultation specialist will analyze your skin and help you customize treatments and products depending on what conditions and skin type you have. An ideal way to prepare and prep your skin is to join our monthly VIP Program. By joining VIP you are able to receive one service monthly, which means your skin will be polished and perfected by the time you are married and for the rest of the year after.
Body Contouring
The six-month mark is also the time to begin any kind of body contouring treatment such as UltraShape for fat destruction, or Exilis Body which can treat cellulite, lift and tighten skin, and reduce fat on abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks, and arms. There is no better way to perfect the most stubborn areas of sagging skin or fat than body contouring. These treatments are performed 3-4 weeks apart so getting a head start on them will ensure you are sculpted for your wedding and honeymoon!
4 Months before your wedding day…
Lasers and Microneedling
Now is the time to invest in any resurfacing procedures you may need for texture, tone, or pigment correction. These services include; IPL (FotoFacials,) Affirm, Matrix CO2 (for extreme resurfacing and collagen production), and Sublative. You also cannot go wrong with a Microneedling series started at this phase before your wedding. Microneedling has numerous benefits, we love it though because point blank, it gives results that last. Pair microneedling with growth factor serum or PRP for an out of this world anti-aging treatment that will last long after you say “ I Do”.

A month before the big day…..

We suggest grabbing your wedding party and coming in for a round of IV’s ( The “I am Calm” bag will certainly help right about now) so that you are hydrated and full of vitamin C, and B vitamins to combat any wedding day stress.
