Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Harmony Skin & Wellness Clinic, we ask that a 24-hour notice be given to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours of notice of cancellation has been provided to us, or if you do not show up for your appointment at all, you will be charged a non-refundable fee to your credit card on file of:
$50.00 for all standard services up to 1.5 hours
Any service past 1.5 hours is an additional $50 per hour
A patient “No-Show” is defined as calling to cancel your appointment the same day of your appointment or not calling to cancel at all. No-Show status will be denoted in the patient’s appointment history.
A “Late” cancellation is any cancellation of any scheduled appointment that has to be rescheduled because the client is 15 minutes (or more) late for their appointment. The exception being all 15-minute Laser Hair Removal and 15-minute Wrinkle Reducer appointments, we will accept up to 5 minutes of lateness before the appointment needs to be rescheduled. A rescheduling fee will be applied if service cannot be performed due to client tardiness.
An “Abbreviated Service” will be an option for a client to receive if they are 15 minutes (or less) late to their appointment and are not 15-minute appointments for LHR or Wrinkle Reducers. The client needs to understand that their service will be shortened and/or be less thorough of a treatment due to the limited time our providers have to complete the task in the scheduled time. If the client chooses to forego having an abbreviated service and prefers to have their appointment rescheduled, the $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
Please note we require all current clients and new clients to complete paperwork ahead of their scheduled appointment times. Please make sure the email address and phone number on file are current so that you can receive links to your paperwork via email.
Services Refund Policy
Unused Treatment Packages, Prepaid Individual Treatments, and Prepaid Injectables
You have 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of any unused: prepaid package, prepaid treatment, or prepaid injectables.
After the 30-day period, although you will not receive a refund, you may use the credit from your unused purchases towards other services or products at Harmony Skin and Wellness Clinic.
Partial Completion of Treatment Packages
Treatment Packages provide discounted treatment(s). By selecting to void a package or series you void the discount. In the event that you choose not to complete the series of treatments, you may transfer the remaining balance of your package to other services offered at the Harmony Skin and Wellness Clinic.
The balance forwarded to other services is calculated by: First, converting the cost of all completed treatments to their “regular” price; then the sum of those treatments will be subtracted from the price of the package.
Partial Completion of a Sculptra Series with prepaid Sculptra Vials
Purchasing a Sculptra series provides a discount on the vials. By selecting to void the series you void the discount on the vials. In the event that you choose not to complete the series of Sculptra treatments, you may transfer the remaining balance of your Sculptra vials to other services offered at Harmony Skin and Wellness Clinic.
The balance forwarded to other services is calculated by: First, converting the cost of all completed vials to their “regular” price; then the sum of those vials will be subtracted from the price of total vials purchased.
Retail Return Policy
Product must be returned within 30 days. If the product is returned within 15 days of purchase, you are eligible to receive a refund to your credit card or an on-account credit for the value of the product. If the product is returned between 15 and 30 days after purchase, you will be eligible to receive a credit on your account for the value of the product.
As a courtesy to our clients, our system automatically sends text messages and email appointment reminders 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled service. If you choose to opt out from this feature, we are unable to offer you a reminder. Should the appointment system fail for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.
