I believe there are a lot of beneficial diet plans out there, and they all offer good general health guidelines, but none of them can tell you which diet and lifestyle are best for you. To find the You Diet, we look at your lifestyle and daily routine, symptoms and in-depth lab work to customize a diet and lifestyle plan that is unique to you — that is going to be the most beneficial and restorative for your body at this time in your life. We are all biochemically individual, there is no one-size-fits-all diet plan that is going to be perfect for everyone. I can have five people with the same symptoms, but with different lifestyles and triggers, the sources of the symptoms may not be the same. My goal is to remove triggers, add in supportive food and supplements, remove toxins and support detox pathways so that your body can naturally regain balance.

As we’re allowing our bodies to heal and repair, we remove trigger foods that are keeping our bodies inflamed and causing unwanted symptoms. Elimination diets can be very beneficial because they isolate these trigger foods so that we can remove them for a longer period of time. The goal is always to reintroduce foods so that you have the most varied diet possible. During reintroduction, we find the foods that you are intolerant or sensitive to, which often times have to be eliminated or reduced in the long-term so that you can achieve optimal health.

Together we will come up with a customized supplementation plan based on your diet and lifestyle as well as intracellular micronutrient testing. Supplementation needs may change every 3-6 months based on lab work and symptom changes as we improve your diet and lifestyle.
